Got plumber coming shortly to fix waste water outlets and reparr a leak in the toilet..Says he will charge 100yuan. This place just anounts to a holiday home really sovwe decided it wasnt cost-effective to tool up.

I had thought about settling in the Philippines, but I have decided to move to Cambodia. I will be starting retirement on August 22, just after my 48 th
birthday. Will possibly try to buy beachfront property there. A mate of mine is over there now checking out the girls, cuisine, beer, and property. I will be there by September 24.
Excellent news, and you have my best wishes for your impending retirement.
