I've said it before and I'll say it again:- A non NES who has earned a degree in a NES country is required to have their degree authenticated in order to prove that they have a good grasp of the English language - fine, I see that!

However, a NES with a degree in ballroom dancing is also required to have their degree authenticated. Bureaucratic bullshit! It's nothing other than a money-making scam that is going to bite the ESL industry hard!
