I don't think you have suffered from Stockholm Syndrome during your time teaching in China. That said I think you have been Polyannish in your younger days during most of your time there. It did, after all, take you quite a few years of teaching in China before you turned so anti-China, seemingly all of a sudden! Was that when you saw the light because of an accumulation of bad experiences, and stopped being Polyannish? Or was there a specific incident that made you so anti-China?
