It is also a little misleading as 12-14 hours may often mean 16 classes at 50 minutes.
For 16 50 minute classes with accommodation, I would not accept less than 5000. 20 would be 7000 and 25 for 10000. This is outside of places like Beijing or Shanghai where I might expect more.
