I don't know a whole lot about Cambodia but I'd suggest they already have far far too many domestic varieties with even less money, lower morals, no social security, mother's hut and not quite enough cash for viagra and alcohol and where their standard of 'respect for women' is just slightly lower than the average Australian man's level of disrespect. (and much lower than other Westerners).
In China, the man you described is actually a pretty good catch and especially for the local 'leftover women' who are seen as worthless in their own society. Well, I mean someone might pay them to be a 'xiao-wu' or 'xiao-ba' and give a blowjob in a hotel for a few rmb if the other women aren't available.
But to what those guys will be getting... well, that might be something else. It might not be some innocent village princess full of wonder and charm after all.

I'm not sure about the disdain for women, but the other ones should be!
Elderly western men (and Australian) with raging alcoholism and erectile dysfunction still need something to spend their social security money on. What's more, they need somewhere to spend it. Once it dries up, well, they just sell mother's house and continue on their merry little way, living out their twilight years in happiness whilst helping the economy in a poor country.
If I were the government then I'd be giving these awesome, alcoholic global citizens not just a visa, but permanent residency and a free burial plot !
