I know SB honestly does feel that if you let an employer march
his size ten all over you, you are not only letting yourself down but you are letting
the west and all fellow FT's down. How do you feel about that?

I would never allow an employer to 'march his size 10 all over me' either - no-one should allow it!

Those who have tried 'walking all over me' in the past have either failed miserably or lived to regret it.

Chinese contracts may well be regarded as 'toilet paper', but any breach of contract (by the school) provides a perfect opportunity for the FT to walk out!
