Red Potatoes and Brown Mushrooms
Interesting, I just had roast lamb for dinner. It was not so good, too tough according to my
mother. She bought it from a local "award winning butcher" but it was not up
to usual standard this time.
Mine was surprisingly good. I wrapped it tightly in foil and put it in the oven, set at 150 degrees, for about 6 hours. Nice and tender.
