Decent Western food in China does NOT exist. At least not as we know it!

A few years ago I was taken to a Western restaurant that served coffee sauce with their steaks. The opinion was that Westerners love coffee, so therefore coffee sauce was an obvious accompaniment to steak, at least in the minds of stupid Chinese 'chefs'.

If you want to enjoy decent Western food, you must prepare it and cook it yourself.
