Re real western food aint pizza

Yes, some of us should learn to cook, but laziness and
convenience gets in the way of that, haha!

Cooking is not an 'art' as some people would have you believe. It CAN be, but why should it be when cooking for yourself or just one or two extra people?

My kitchen consists of a benchtop oven, a rice cooker with a steamer basket, a small slow cooker, and a blender.

My rice cooker is used daily, yet I seldom eat rice; my slow cooker is used when I have a long day away from home and can't be bothered to cook when I get in from work; my blender is used to make soups, smoothies, and drinks; and my oven is used to roast meat, potatoes and to bake home-made bread.

Eating outside is both cheap and convenient in China as you already know, but Chinese people use far too much oil, much of which is recycled, dirty, and cheap. I'm not a 'health freak' by any means, but slow cookers and steamers need zero oil with which to cook food.

Cooking food the way I cook it is like using a washing machine. You throw in whatever you want and press the 'Go' button. Easy!
