Teaching kindergarten must be it. We should respect and admire kindergarten FTs. They deserve the highest pay because their jobs require edutainers rather than edutainors. Do you see what I'm getting at?

(The word edutainers implies the entertainer aspect outweighs the educator (= education) aspect. This is the way to catch young children's attention, which is short-lived as a rule.

In contrast, the word edutainors implies the educator (= education) aspect outweighs the entertainment aspect. Certainly not what goes down well while teaching young children!)

Let's stop denigrating kindergarten teachers by likening them to performing monkeys!

And let's stop deriding the professionality of TAs in China who assist and advise FTs during class for a fraction of the salary of their FTs. Those young Chinese women deserve medals for the great work they do in the name of teaching.
