Bloddy, you really need to 'get-a-life'!

You are as short-sighted as a blind man wearing a blindfold in a dark room in the dead of night!

You can buy chicken breast for 4 yuan, mushrooms for 5 yuan, a packet of salt for 2 yuan, and then make enough homemade soup that will last you and your family a week!

Oh, but then you need to spend another 98 yuan on a blender. I've had mine, that's used daily, for over 2 years, so let's use round numbers and call that another 1 yuan per day.

Instead, you choose to buy the powdered, processed crap that's full of sugar, potassium, e-numbers, and a whole host of other rubbish.

I'm not a 'health freak' by any stretch, but I do try to adhere to the old adage that 'fresh is best' !

At least I have a good idea as to what I'm eating, and in China, that's important in my view.
