Re It's now the time for some of you fake teachers to go back home, maybe?

The OP and you appear to have the "angles" and of course the "objective facts"; so, let's keep on bashing the right people!

I wrote in reply to OP:
You sound like another resentful poster who hates losing recruitment fees and who fails to see what's in his own reference. 6-12 year olds are fastest learners which is the reason why local authorities are worried they'd fail to brainwash their population. Some local primary schools substitute their Chinese programs with foreign curriculum which may encourage independent thinking and which may build up critical thinking skills too. The powers aren't keen to hit courses which send rich local parents' kids abroad and that's what your well qualified and experienced eye fails to see here.

You intervened:
Your assumptions below are not based on objective facts:

1. Whether the development of critical, analytic thinking skills are stimulated in early
childhood or not does not depend on education in that phase of life alone as there are
several other factors determining the development of the same. Many of the impacts of an
education philosophy and/or style in that phase of their life may relativised in later
life towards adulthood and thereafter.

2. One of the real problems is that the world of Chinese ESL is so full of crap. The
promotion of developping critical, analytic thinking schools is not on the agenda in
those many language mills that exist and also certainly not in the one that you are
working for.

To get the real picture, you need to look at these things from different angles.
