You will become more fluent and cohesively united with all aspects of English including
grammar if you have a good knowledge of English Literature supporting you. You will
become more at one with the language. And this is why some non-degree-holders know more

Yes, but the Chinese authorities want that 'bit of paper'. I remember back in 2000 when I emigrated to Australia, bits of paper were required for everything. My kids even joked that once you can prove you have ten bits of paper, you actually get a bit of paper stating you already own ten bits of paper. Crazy!
