I am sorry for snapping the way I did before, for
that I apologize.
It takes a big man to apologise on a public forum such as this, and a much smaller man to graciously accept that apology.
Cheers, Migsy.
Yes, you are right......each to their own
I agree, and am happy to leave it there. I am sorry for snapping the way I did before, for that I apologize.
and this stupid baking/cooking topic
keeps getting dug up all the time.
Haha, why is it 'stupid'?
If you really miss a good-old Melton Mowbray, and can't buy it on TaoBao, why not make one yourself?
Cooking isn't just an art, it's a 'release'. It's a release from the stresses and strains of the shitty life in China!
Cooking food that reminds us of home is what keeps some of us sane!
Nothing to do with 'lecturing'.
Yes, you are right......each to their own. I like it, my friends love it, so if I can help others become happy, why not?
I am not going to tell either one of you where I am, and this stupid baking/cooking topic keeps getting dug up all the time. I would like to hear from people who are happy and enjoying their lives elsewhere in Asia (not China). If you two like baking/cooking, that is fair enough, just not everybody else has to like it, and "learn" how to cook just because they are in China, that is called lecturing. To each their own.
