I heard the opposite, from a US Navy guy, about the US Navy Seals: They are predominantly psychopaths. Seems they have to be. But that's America.

What do you think, though, of the population that follows psychopaths? They don't even have the Nuremberg-rejected defense of having to follow orders. I am specifically referring to the German population and to the Japanese population during WWII.
