Thanks. Some aspects feel familiar (they exist anywhere).

Surrounding a tourist to take his money: Gypsies do it on Les Champs Elysees in Paris, using their children to run around the tourists, appearing rambunctious, while they are only a distraction that will allow a "parent" to grab the wallet (or some of the kids themselves will grab the wallet).

Motorcycle rentals!!! Yeah!!! Same problem in the US: You return a bike in the same condition it was when you took it, you never dropped it, and surprise: this cover and that fairing need to be replaced... $800-$1,000 added to the rental cost. And unlike car rental, you can't pay for zero deductible damage waiver on rented motorcycles.
