What is a 'sexpat's exactly? According to some, any non-Chinese dude having sex with Chinese girls without payingfor it, is a sexpat. But then these same people seem to have no problem with Chinese guys doing the same with Chinese girls, or with Foreign girls for that matter.
Double standards are very alive in China.

In Chengdu anyway I know that the sex industry is alive and well, as far as July/August 2016
it was anyway. I still have a few laowai friends there who give me reports.
