what is the city?
it's a hot country, in a lot of ways.
the people are happy that you visit their country and are quick to say that not everyone is a coke dealer or guerrilla or paramilitary, even tough they may have family or friends that are.
it's a great place!
I was just offered a job teaching in a newly created preschool english immersion program at a private school in Colombia. I did my homework. The school does actually exist and I've had extended conversations with the director of bilingual programming. I'm really excited about the opportunity as I have been teaching young english language learners here in the states for over five years. I have taught abroad before but never in Colombia. Does anyone have any experience teaching or living in Colombia that could give me some insight?
