Good advice, T. Bendintheriver has already paid 4200Y and has lived in his place for only three weeks. And your advice, once again, is to avoid the problem and run away. And, oh yeah, if you happen to have a little time while you are packing your bags maybe you could look at your rental agreement. But keep packing anyway. It's easier to blame somebody else.
