Perhaps now you could point me in the direction of a report about a country ( apart from China ) where 70% of the students who leave to study in another country do NOT return to their homeland.
I also noted that you didn't try to deny that the report I quoted in the China Daily ( it's in The Peoples Daily too)was not true or accurate.Indeed you accept that 70% of students DO NOT return to China but dismiss these students as " of no impotance " I find that ASTONISHING.
