right on target.teaching overseas isnt a piece a cake,a escape fron your troubles,escaping from yourself.it means hard work and ability to ADAPT.

How do you know you'll fit into China's culture?
don't expect China -Asia to fit into your culture and you must objectively understand yourself and be able to say, I really feel that I can work and live over there.
