Never worked in Korea and don't know the English School Association. However, I'm pretty sure it's not the same as English School Watch, which had some international coverage but was majority related to affairs in Korea.

The Watch is (was?) a website, not a real-time body, and was operated by one single good guy. For some months now I haven't gotten much besides SQL error messages over there...TJ, I hope ya ain't thrown in the towel...
