What specifically is the program you are
about to start? What is your main concern,help
Chinese teachers motivate students to speak
english? What level are your students? Do the
students know HOW to speak the english language
but DO NOT like to use it in speaking? You know,
little things make great differences eh.
You don't have to be on the mathematical,biological or other fields of study if your target is to
teach english as a second language. That alone is
an onerous task.

Hello any one i need help, i am a new esl teacher and i am starting this program for the first time in this school and its my first year. The teachers do not know what to do with students who do not speak the english language and they look up to me. I am trying in my own way but i do not know wahat specific strstegies for each subject area . I do not know how to go about this and i am getting fustrated. Am I supposed to know all the subjects like math ,science and others to help these teachers. Is there something i need to know about how to help these teachers and which strategies can they use in the classroom. PLEASE HELP
