you won't get paid severance or bonuses when:

the recruiter say (yes yes) and the school directors seem to mumble (or not speak clearly) when you ask the question.

if your school goes out of business, don't be surprised if there is no severance pay.

In most cases, when an employer ends the employment of someone, if notice is given, the employee must be paid his or her regular wages throughout the notice period including severance and bonuses.
