We are planning to stay in a four star hotel. Online I am seeing Y400/night. Is the price reasonable? Do you think it's going to be the same story? (coals clogging your nostrils).

I am guessing you've been there, yes? If so, where in Harbin should we book a hotel/ stay. We want it near the location of the ice sculptures display.

Also, we are arriving there on the 8th of Feb. Can we view the ice sculptures still by then?
