You should always have a working visa and residency permit. or else they wont allow you to work. If you work L visa then you are going to be fined if caught by the PSB/ Filipinos are not allowed to be issued F visa. so, no choice.

Hi! I think you are qualified to teach english if you are a teacher , you have esl certificate, teaching certificate. First you come to china as tourist, then
find a job as a teacher, if the school will accept you,
they will do all the paperworks to give you a Z or working visa. >\-|

Filipino's in China

Hello All,

I am looking to know if holders of Filipino passports can work legally teaching English in China and what Visa class they would be under.

It seems that I can not get a straight answer anywhere :-(

Look forward to some input from peoepl who have been there and done that or some links to Chinese government sites.
