Yes, again! From my years of experience in China, everything Silerboys says is highly possible and often true. Frankly, I didn;t have much trouble with housing (although there was some -- deceitful landlords), but entries 3 and 4 are VERY TRUE from my experience. YES! YES! YES! Incompetence, inefficiency, and downright complete lack of respect are the norm in China.
