Of course, I agree with you. I just addressed my post specifically to the Filipinos coz I felt alarmed by that job advert I've read here (FUJIAN: wanted 25 teachers from the PHILIPPINES).

Just some months ago I met some fellow Filipinos who were victims of scumbug recruiters. Although I tried in my own humble way to help them I'm always worried for those who'd be victimized again. Most of the times, those who really are in dire need end up to be willing preys to these vultures, and I couldn't blame them.
