That is good advice but unfortunatly you will find that even dealing directly with the school you are NOT... they hire an English speaking person to deal with you THIS IS A RECRUITER.
No matter what you do or where you go a recruiter is there.. however DO NOT use recruiters that "sell" you.. only use a recruiter for a company or school that actually has the classes for you and your contract is with them.
