My name is Eunice. I am a student teacher training at a teacher training college in Francistown, Botswana. I have been to my first teaching practice and about to go for the second one. When i left i had this understanding that a session plan is the most important document to carry to class, but i now i dont see it that way, i now think if a teacher has been teaching a subject for a long time, they dont need session planning. What are your views?
