I've been teaching at Aston English School (the biggest Aston in Shandong Province, not a franchise school) for 5 years and so far, so good..It is well-managed and they are so open for suggestions to benefit both the school and the FT..We have our own foreign manager and foreign teachers' trainer and we live in a very cozy environment.Well, I guess it's just a matter of what you want to accomplish and how you handle your life here in CHina..,If you want somthing more than a plain teacher in a classroom, then you can have that chance here without any problems..So, personally ,I can tell that my Aston School is great!!!
