So,where has the American sense of humor gone wrong?Seems they only laugh at slapstick.
But the likes of Mr Bean being popular back in OUR homeland makes me wonder what's wrong with people in the UK.I can't stand him!
You know,America has been through hard times too,the Great depression etc,but that hasn't developed their sense of humour!Clever comedy such as 'Only Fools and Horses' goes above their heads.And an electorate that can put a fool like GW in twice doesn't deserve any better than such a clot imo!
I don't think sense of humor has any correlation with poverty.Here in the PRC,the educated classes tend to be without it,that is,apart from appreciating slapstick!But I wouldn't call that comedy!
