Why do you believe your class is out of control? You mention the school but classroom management is primarily your responsibility.
At what point in the school year did you lose control of your class? Having dealt with problem students most of my career, I stand ready to help you if you would like it.
Hi, I need to write this and hope anyone has some tips!
I have been teaching 7 years and moved 6 months ago to my new school, I am KS2 leader and teach a Y2/3 class. Glad i made a move but tonight i sit in tears and feel like giving it all up!
The behaviour of my class is out of control, the school has massive issues but i cam here because i was good with kids like this,but now i feel no good and like the worst teacher ever!
Just a few weeks ago there was talk of me going for the deputy job, now I feel like i just need to pack in!
Any help will be most appreciated!
