Re: Ladies and gentlemen, please!

Maybe the attacker is having a bad day or some personal problems? All I know is that he/she has little impact on my life and it will remain so. It's possible that I expect too much from the Forum but there are some reasonable people posting here and others who seek information and guidance. To that end the Forum is still a valuable resource.

I expect too much from the forum too.I'd have thought that as a forum for teachers, there would be minimal mud-slinging on it.Unfortunately,my expectations haven't been met.I reckon the mud-slingers are the ones who are disgracing themselves. Some teachers have either lost their argument during a discussion or disagree with a fellow poster's point of view.Slinging mud is futile because most of the readers cannot be duped in that way.Too much freedom isn't always a good thing. But the advantages of having freedom of speech on this board far outweigh the disadvantages thereof.
