Web isn't too bad, there are training centers that are far worse. In actuality, each center differs since they are obviously run by different people, although all are monitored by Shanghai. I have worked for two different ones and have found them much better than chasing around a bunch of rich brats in middle schools and the class sizes are small.

English corners are sort of a pain but the outcome really depends on your teaching. Overall, I would say that any training center is a luck of the draw. Some are okay, some are horrible.

The one training center chain I would NEVER consider is EF (English First). Their staff have been incompetent in every aspect, regardless of race.
