My husband is in Dubai and i am in india now, I need to go there and find a job. whats the best way to do it?

Should i go there with a visit visa and then find a job within 2 months?

OR

Should i go there by visit visa, get a resident visa sponsored by my husband and then find work?

I heard I can no work under the resident visa gotten through my husband as it mentions me as housewife, so Il have to find an employer who is ready to sponsor for me and change the sponsorship from my husband to the employer and only then I can work, is that true?

OR

can my husband give me a no objection certificate and then i can get a work permit from the employer and still be sponsored by my husband?

Please clear my doubts, am really confused
