That is all true Turnoi, but I bet some fool will come on here and try and make excuses for the immoral, unethical ( and sometimes very illegal) behaviour of recruiters in China.

The thing that annoys me most is when Chinese people ( and increasingly laowai ) try to use "culture" as an excuse for unethical and criminal behaviour. "Cultural differences" are never an excuse for any sort of crime or bad behaviour.
