I agree with what you say about having standards in order to teach English, or any language.
In my one year in China on the job training has taught me alot, especially that I need more
skills and knowledge. For us that cannot afford a couple of years of post-graduate work
in linguistics and the such, I would like some advice. How can I get further training by
myself? Can you recommend some books, or even short courses for me to improve? Thanks.
