Migrant Worker, on the topic of racizm, they are mostly in Asia, specifically in China aren't they? Local authorities as well as employers are as guilty as they can be and any legal action on the issue would not stand a chance in the local courtroom, would it? A local (Chinese) employer phone interview with a foreign applicant may as well go; "Are you black?". Or, no offence, a migrant worker, which seems to be a kind of a race on mainland, gets labelled as a "migrant worker" rather than "a citizen" and what ethnic group you come from is fairly important too. Needless to say that it matters so much what family a Chinese citizen is from as the opportunities are well reserved for "the right applicants". Sure that the developed countries have got a bit of this and a bit of that too and their racist pasts aren't easily forgotten, but they at least try hard to protect all, to educate and their media steps in to offer news of such offenders much more often on mainland. Young Chinese learn little if anything on the topic of racizm which is so uncomparable to Canadians.

Most importantly on topic, Chinese have created one race called A FOREIGNER. A foreigner could marry a Chinese, live in the country for 60 years and speak a perfect Chinese, but he/she still would be A FOREIGNER (forever). Then, he/she would never be able to enjoy the same opportunities as a local. However, we do enjoy the attention around and we do get carried away 'feeling good about it'.
