To my knowledge, there are some locations on mainland that a foreign worker has to go through this only once. Therefore, the previous health checks are accepted as long as one has not been out of the country in between jobs, I assume. Shenzhen is one of these locations that I am talking about. I hope I am not too much off topic here.
