Re Yinchuan, the Capital of Ningxia

Yinchuan has great mutton and the beef is good. There are a few decent schools/universities to teach at there and there is limited social activities there. The people there are great. Let us know how you did Backpacker.

Yinchuan, the Capital of Ningxia

I prefer eating beef and mutton dishes at Muslim restaurants in China. In my view, the food there is par excellence. In addition, I have found the people belonging to the Hui nationality to be kind and friendly wherever I have met them in China, but I've never been to Ningxia, where they originate from.
Now I'm contemplating looking for my next teaching position in Yinchuan. Is Yinchuan a good place for a teaching gig?
