Thanks for the info re Africa - I think I'd be better to remain on the Chinese side of the Great Wall, and take my chances here. At least here, my options are many and varied. And I love the food, the beer and the women here. There are of course negative aspects of living here too, but everything considered, I'll go along with the saying, better the devil you know than the one you don't!
