You'll most likely need a Release Letter and a Reccomendation Letter from the school A as it is required in many localities of the country. A Release Letter states you have been released from the duties of one employer and the Recommendation Letter states how good you have been with the employer A.

I am finishing my contract with school A and have signed a contract for the next school year (starting Sept 2010) with school B. I would like to extend my Resident's permit to cover next year before I go home for the summer. School B is authorized to employ an FE but they have never extended a RP before and don't know what to do, neither do I. Does the school have to renew the FE certificate and then extend the RP? If so, what forms do we need and where do we get them. I would be grateful for any assistance, it seems daft that I am the one who has to find out - I don't speak the language too well. By the way, our local authority is Suzhou, Jiangsu
