Aren't you being unnecessarily harsh on the poster 'grow up'? As a man of the cloth, I'd have thought you would have been able to find some forgiveness in your heart for our fellow sinner.
That poster is rather arrogant and rude, but his (or her) English level seems fine for teaching EFL. Saying said poster shouldn't be allowed to teach at all is too harsh, methinks.
