I've a couple books on the way. I realized some time ago that I didn't know enough about English to teach it well. No, I couldn't do any of the things you asked. My students will all be college students and the job is for an oral teacher; if it's like what most people have described, I'll mostly be doing alot of talking. Still, I want to be competent and able to help them efficiently without having to rely on, "I don't know, this is just how the word sounds". I signed up for an online TESOL course. I figured I have a couple hundred bucks to spare and even if it's useless at least it might help me get a job in the future.
