Well, it appears that action has already been taken by the board's moderator to remove Vernon's post (the one I responded to) from the thread, and I also notice that 'Kim in Kyu's' post has also been deleted by that poster, and yet the original post by 'Lumberjack' still stands. There's something not quite right about this whole debacle.

I'm sure the PSB will instigate a thorough invstigation in order to identify any illegalities there. No doubt, a senior officer with good English has already read this thread after having been directed to it by at least one reader.
Sad that some foreigners in China detest each other so much that they will happily shop one another to the authorities. Not that that will bother Qingdao PSB in the slightest. Christmas will have come early for them - they'll have collected substantial cash due to having imposed heavy fines!
