You have to pardon the sarcasm of some long time posters on this discussion board. We've read waaaay too much stuff about both countries to know that they are equal only in the crappy quality of education provided at these so called "schools". You can't really compare them for anything good. In terms of how bad they can each get well even that's still up in the air. It seems that these 2 countries are constanly trying to one up each other in the degree of depravity found in these schools.
