Actually I have not, have not had the pleasure of visiting Wuhan, not sure I'd want to after your description of all the drunks you say are there. In my experience the stereotype of the Drunken foreigner is just that, a stereotype. Oh yes there are some who love to drink, I think most keep it under control though. As for the rest, well they are not all foreigners, their only held up as such by Chinese bosses or insecure Chinese who want to bash us. Kind of sad really.
