Cherry and Echo

Both Stupid names really. I have never known anyone whose parents actually named them Cherry, or Echo, though I'm sure there must be a few. Cherry though sounds like the name of a street walker, ERcho that of someone who's parents did too much LSD during the 60's. To choose these names yourself shows a great lack of understanding of the English language and culture. It's like when I meet a Chinese fellow and his name is "Guitar", or "Riding". Riding what I ask? Neither is even a name of a person. Never ceases to amaze me how Chinese often take commonplace words and try to make them into a name, thinking it either makes them seem original or inventive, it actually does neither. Makes them seem ignorant and in some cases stupid. Put that on the list of tiny things that annoy me, along with girls wearing glasses with no lenses because they think it's fashionable. God save us from the bubble headed morons of the world.
