I saw some news on CNN a long time ago (maybe 8 years back) that each year a few soldiers including some American ones get killed in the ceasefire zone. Fighting between these two countries technically never stopped. But since one side is propped up by a supposed emerging superpower (China) and South Korea is supported by the west hopefully this won't get too big.
